Special Packaging Preparation & Population Sampling

We work with our customers on preparing their special packaging samples. Whether our customers or we do the assembly; we ensure all work is done in accordance with the handling and conditioning requirements specified in 16 CFR 1700.20 Poison Prevention Packaging Act. Each unit is inspected, documented, and conditioned to maintain regulatory integrity throughout the child resistance evaluation process.

We follow the population sampling methodology prescribed in 16 CFR 1700.20, ensuring every child resistance test is executed exactly as defined by the regulation.

Test Execution & Certification

We execute tests exactly as prescribed in 16 CFR 1700.20, ensuring every step aligns with the Poison Prevention Packaging Act’s population based performance requirements. Upon successful test completion, we issue a formal Certificate of Conformance verifying your special package meets the child resistance and senior adult use effectiveness criteria.
